an initial concept sketch poduced of the advant-garde farm conversion.

Christopher was commissioned by Alan Sykes, the brother of Paul Sykes; famous for the Meadow Hall shopping centre in Sheffield; to convert a farmstead in Leicester into avant-garde residential accommodation. Christopher was chosen as the architect; to avoid producing yet another ubiquitous bland uninspiring farm conversion that plagues many of our country villages.

Sadly the original watercolour images that inspired both the planners and the client are no longer available and only the initial concept sketch remains.
